At Creative Lab, every piece within the Phases of Love Collection and Nothing But Love Art Prints is created with deep emotion and intention — representing stories of love, healing, and connection. Each order is made to order, ensuring the highest quality and care from print to packaging.
Because of this personalized process, all sales are final once your order has been placed.
However, we want you to feel nothing but love when you receive your art. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or store credit.

- Include photos of the item and packaging that clearly show the issue.
- Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with the next steps.
Please Note:
- Because colors may vary slightly between digital screens and prints, minor color differences are not considered defects.
- Custom commissions and one-of-a-kind “Heart” pieces are non-refundable once design work has begun.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.
