Thank you for collecting work from Creative Lab. Each piece is created, prepared, and fulfilled with great care. Please review the following studio policies prior to purchase.


All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of original artwork, made-to-order prints, and commissioned pieces, all sales are final.

This includes:

Original artwork, Fine art prints, Commissioned work, Sale items, and Digital works 

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted.

Please review all artwork details, dimensions, and order information carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions prior to purchasing, you are always welcome to get in touch.


Prints

All fine art prints are produced to order and are therefore final sale.

Cancellations

Print orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, your order may already be in production and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Color & Presentation

Every effort is made to represent artwork as accurately as possible. Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, monitor calibration, and device display.

If color accuracy is especially important to you, I recommend viewing the artwork on multiple devices before placing your order.


Shipping & Delivery

All orders are packaged with care before leaving the studio. Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier and is outside of my control.

I am not responsible for:

lost packages, stolen packages, delivery delays, carrier mishandling, and packages marked as delivered but not received

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it may be resent at the buyer’s expense.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 days of delivery and include:

your order number, clear photographs of the artwork, and clear photographs of the packaging

All damage claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If a replacement is approved, additional shipping fees may apply.

Damage occurring after delivery, including during framing, handling, or display, is not eligible for replacement or refund.


International Orders

International collectors are responsible for any applicable:

customs fees, import duties, taxes, border or handling charges

These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total.

I am not responsible for customs-related delays once an order has shipped.


Commissions

All commissioned work is final sale.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve your commission and begin the creative process. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to final delivery or shipment.

Each commission includes 2 revisions unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions may be subject to an additional fee.

Please ensure all references, preferences, and requested details are submitted clearly before work begins.
