Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for collecting and shopping with DD Creative Lab. Each piece and product is created, selected, prepared, and fulfilled with great care.

Because DD Creative Lab offers several types of products, return and refund eligibility varies depending on what you purchase. Please review the policies below carefully before completing your order.

Original Artwork, Fine Art Prints & Creative Works

Due to the nature of original artwork, made-to-order prints, commissioned pieces, and other creative works, all sales in these categories are final.

This final-sale policy applies to:

  • Original artwork

  • Fine art prints

  • Commissioned artwork

  • Sale artwork

  • Any other artwork or product specifically identified as final sale at the time of purchase

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted for these items, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Please review all artwork details, dimensions, product information, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Fine Art Prints

All fine art prints are produced to order and are therefore final sale.

Print Cancellations

Print orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After the 24-hour cancellation period, your order may already be in production and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

To request a cancellation within the eligible period, please contact creativelab.dd@gmail.com as soon as possible and include your order information.

Color & Presentation

Every effort is made to represent artwork as accurately as possible.

Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, monitor calibration, device display, and other digital viewing conditions.

If color accuracy is especially important to you, I recommend viewing the artwork on multiple devices before placing your order.

Minor differences between the colors displayed on your device and the finished artwork or print are not considered defects.

Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of these products, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

This policy applies to digital products offered by DD Creative Lab, including, but not limited to:

  • Digital downloads

  • E-books and guides

  • Templates

  • Digital artwork

  • Printable files

  • Courses or educational materials

  • Digital resources

  • Other downloadable or electronically delivered products

Because digital products are delivered or made accessible electronically and cannot be physically returned, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted once the purchase has been completed, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Please review the product description, compatibility requirements, included files, and other product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Digital Download or Access Issues

If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading your digital purchase, please contact creativelab.dd@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your name

  • Your order number

  • The email address used to make your purchase

  • A brief description of the issue

Technical difficulties accessing a purchased product do not automatically qualify the purchase for a refund. When possible, DD Creative Lab will work with you to resolve legitimate access or delivery issues.

Digital Product Expectations

Purchasing a digital product does not guarantee a specific personal, creative, business, financial, or other result. Individual results may vary depending on the product and how the information, tools, or resources are used.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product and agree to the final-sale and no-refund policy stated above.

Artwork Merchandise

The following return policy applies specifically to eligible artwork merchandise sold by DD Creative Lab, such as apparel, accessories, home goods, and other physical merchandise featuring DD Creative Lab artwork or designs.

This 30-day merchandise return policy does not apply to original artwork, fine art prints, commissioned artwork, digital products, personalized merchandise, or other products specifically identified as final sale.

30-Day Merchandise Return Policy

Eligible artwork merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In the same condition in which you received it

  • Returned with any original tags attached

  • Returned in its original packaging, when applicable

  • Accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase

To request a return, please contact creativelab.dd@gmail.com before sending your merchandise back.

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions regarding how and where to send your merchandise.

Items returned without first requesting and receiving return authorization may not be accepted.

Merchandise Return Shipping

If a return is required because of an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, DD Creative Lab will provide instructions regarding return or replacement shipping.

For other approved merchandise returns, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or the return resulted from an error by DD Creative Lab.

Non-Returnable Merchandise

Certain merchandise is not eligible for return unless it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-returnable merchandise includes:

  • Personalized or customized merchandise

  • Made-to-order merchandise specifically identified as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance merchandise

  • Items that have been worn

  • Items that have been used or washed

  • Items that have been altered

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Merchandise specifically identified as final sale at the time of purchase

Exchanges

DD Creative Lab does not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or eligible merchandise item, please request a return for the original item.

Once your return has been accepted, you may place a separate order for the item you would like.

Availability of replacement merchandise, sizes, colors, or designs is not guaranteed.

Shipping & Delivery

All physical orders are packaged with care before leaving the studio or fulfillment facility.

Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the applicable shipping carrier.

DD Creative Lab is not responsible for circumstances outside of its reasonable control, including:

  • Carrier delays

  • Delivery delays

  • Packages stolen after confirmed delivery

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • Other carrier-related delivery issues outside of our control

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.

If an order is returned because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

If you experience an issue with a shipment, please contact creativelab.dd@gmail.com so the circumstances can be reviewed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Physical Orders

Please inspect your physical order as soon as it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact creativelab.dd@gmail.com as soon as possible.

For original artwork and fine art prints, damage claims should be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your name

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item

  • Clear photographs of the packaging if the item arrived damaged

All claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If a replacement, refund, or other resolution is approved, DD Creative Lab will provide additional instructions.

Damage occurring after delivery, including damage caused by improper handling, installation, framing, storage, washing, use, or display, is not eligible for a replacement or refund.

Commissions

All commissioned artwork is final sale.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve your commission and begin the creative process.

The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to final delivery or shipment unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Each commission includes 2 revisions unless otherwise stated in your commission agreement or product description.

Additional revisions may be subject to an additional fee.

Please ensure that all references, preferences, colors, dimensions, and requested details are submitted clearly before work begins.

Because commissioned artwork is created specifically for the individual customer, commission deposits and completed commission payments are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any applicable:

  • Customs fees

  • Import duties

  • Taxes

  • Border fees

  • Handling charges

  • Other fees imposed by the destination country

These charges are determined by the applicable local authorities and are not included in your DD Creative Lab order total unless expressly stated at checkout.

DD Creative Lab is not responsible for customs-related delays after an order has shipped.

European Union Orders

If eligible physical merchandise is shipped to a customer in the European Union, additional cancellation or return rights may apply under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where legally required, eligible customers may have the right to cancel or return qualifying merchandise within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to applicable exceptions and requirements.

Certain products, including customized or personalized goods and some digital content, may be subject to exceptions under applicable law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Merchandise Refunds

Once your approved merchandise return has been received and inspected, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since DD Creative Lab approved your refund, please contact creativelab.dd@gmail.com.
